Damage Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A fully refundable damage deposit of $500 will be due when the sauna is dropped off. Each new renter will partake in a pre and post rental walk-around (similar to a rental car) to ensure the sauna is delivered and returned in good shape. Saunas are vacuumed, washed, and disinfected with a natural cleaner after each rental to ensure a clean, healthy experience.
